Hitting all 4 bells with the sniper in the right order summons a Kraken to destroy the ship. There is a ship with 2 masts and white sails on the water (to the right of the ruins). Also keep in mind you must hide all bodies, not get spotted and only kill the targets (you can subdue / knock out other people but have to hide their bodies). You are also allowed to make manual saves in between and reload them in case something goes wrong. Don't take too long or the area gets crowded with guards. Now rush to the sea plane to exit the area. Activate it with the Biolab Laptop Dongle (that you got in step 1) to destroy the virus immediately. There's a laptop on the roof of a building at the start of the lab. Step 5: Backtrack to the observatory and go downstairs into the lab. Put her body in the crate behind the laptop. While she is in the room with the laptop kill her when the guard walks to the other side of the room. Step 4: Go upstairs and over the rooftops to reach Francesca, your target person. Then take him out and hide his body in a crate. When he arrives, wait for him to send the guards away. Step 3: Get VHS tape from the observatory and put it in the player downstairs to lure Silvio (simply track opportunity 'Memory Lane').
Make your way through the kitchen and into the observatory (beware of security cameras). Step 2: Get into the mansion area over the rooftops. Pick up the dongle after knocking her out. Let her confess in the church and then wait for her in the morgue.
Step 1: Get the Biolab Laptop Dongle from the Scientist in the church (simply track opportunity 'Absolution').
